Lutz maintains his build by following a full-body circuit workout. Each exercise set is meant to be done in succession, with a rest break in between sets. As your physical condition improves, you should work your way up to three complete circuits per workout.</p>

You start the exercise lying down on the floor, face upward, with your palms downward. You must bend both your hips and knees 90 degrees and raise your hips up, crunching them inward slowly. Take a brief pause in this position and then lower your legs slowly until your heels almost touch the floor. Do 20 repetitions.</p>
<p>When doing the reverse crunch, you must keep your feet together. Keep the bend in your knees the same during the exercise to prevent injury and maximize the effect.</p>
<p>The &#8220;V-Up,&#8221; next in the circuit, is a modified sit-up. You begin lying down in a face-up position, with your arms and legs straight out. Your arms must be straight and above the top of your head. You must lift your torso and legs simultaneously, moving as if you`re trying to touch your toes and then return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 20 times.</p>
<p>As you`re doing the V-Up, keep your arms and head in line with the rest of your body. Don`t move your neck upward, as this may create strain on your muscles.</p>
<p>The next part of the routine is a barbell squat to press. Choose a barbell weight that is appropriate for you. A weight that is too light will not give you the resistance you need, while a weight that is too heavy may physically injure you.</p>
<p>Hold the barbell just under your shoulders with an overhanded grip. Raise the upper part of your arms until your arms are parallel to the floor. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart. While holding your arms parallel to the floor, lower your body slowly to the floor. Keep your hips pushed back and your knees bent. Go as far down as you can and then push yourself back to the starting position with the bar pressed over your head. Do 12 repetitions.</p>
<p>When doing the barbell squat to press, make sure you don`t round your lower back, as you can strain it. Make sure you push the barbell up until you have arms that are completely straight.</p>
<p>A traditional set of 12 push-ups is the next part of Lutz`s workout. Keep your arms straight and hold a straight line from your head to your ankles. Keep your feet close together and don`t drop your hips or change your head`s position.</p>
<p>Before you embark on a new routine, make sure you`re getting the proper nutrition to support the additional physical activity.
